Terms and Conditions

The Client (“customer”) registers on the company’s website, selects a specific number of lessons or the full course, and pays the tuition fee through the online payment system. Afterward, the client is granted access to the training and online materials.
The Client has the right to use the provided content and course materials exclusively for personal non-commercial use.
The Client may not share links for course access or the course materials with third parties.
The Client has the right to receive advisory assistance on technical, organizational, and educational matters through online chats with the company’s instructors.
The company operates on a prepaid basis. Payment can be made in full according to the chosen course volume or partially for a block of lessons (options include 5, 10, 25 lessons).
Payment methods: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa/Mastercard card payments.
The Client is responsible for all bank transaction fees according to the bank’s rates based on the card used for payment.
The company provides the Client with access to educational materials within the ordered and paid course. The cost of educational materials is included in the cost of educational services.
Changes may be made to educational programs with a duration of more than 1 month, taking into account current issues; the Client is informed in advance about such changes.
In case of necessary changes in the cost of services, the company notifies the Client in advance. The new cost of services is applicable only to the Client’s future payments. The cost of ordered and already paid services remains unchanged.
Upon completion of the educational course, the Client receives a certificate indicating their English language proficiency level.
