Requirements for Managers:
- Previous experience in seafood processing or a related industry is highly desirable;
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce;
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities;
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines;
- Understanding of seafood processing techniques and quality control standards;
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food processing;
- Effective communication skills to liaise with different teams and stakeholders;
- Job-ready English.

Duties:
- managing and overseeing a team on the day-to-day operations of the fish processing floor;
- hiring and training new employees for the fish processing team
- identifying staffing needs and coordinating the recruitment process to ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained;
- monitoring the processing operations;
- maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety throughout the processing workflow;
- ensuring a steady supply of fish and coordinating with supervisors and partners for further processing and distribution;
- tracking team’s performance to measure productivity and quality standards;
- analyzing data regularly and providing feedback to staff for continuous improvement and achieving production targets.
